1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win any prize pool on CashOut GG. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Eligibility
CashOut GG prize pools are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of CashOut GG and their immediate family members are not eligible. Offer void where prohibited.
3. How to Play (Paid)
To play games on CashOut GG, create an account and add funds to your wallet via Stripe. Funds may be used to play any available game. Deposits are non-refundable once used in gameplay. Minimum deposit is $10.
4. Free Play — No Purchase Necessary (AMOE)
No purchase is required to play on CashOut GG. Players may claim $1.00 in free credits every day at cashoutgg.com/free-coins by submitting their name and email address. Free credits are subject to the same wagering requirements as deposited funds. Limit one (1) free claim per person per day. Free credits have equal gameplay value to deposited funds. CashOut GG reserves the right to verify submissions and revoke credits obtained fraudulently.
5. Game Outcomes & RNG
All game outcomes on CashOut GG are determined by a cryptographically secure random number generator (CSPRNG) running server-side. Results are final. CashOut GG maintains a house edge on all games, meaning the platform retains a percentage of all wagers over time. This is a skill-free entertainment product — past results do not influence future outcomes.
6. Withdrawals & Prizes
Players may request withdrawal of winnings via Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal. Minimum withdrawal amount is $50. All withdrawal requests require identity verification (KYC) — players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID and a selfie before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals are processed manually within 1–3 business days after KYC approval. Players must complete wagering requirements (play through their full deposited amount at least once) before withdrawing. CashOut GG reserves the right to review and delay withdrawals for fraud prevention purposes.
7. Responsible Play
CashOut GG is intended for entertainment purposes only. We are committed to responsible play and player safety. Players should never wager more than they can afford to lose. 7a. Provably Fair
All game outcomes on CashOut GG are determined server-side using a cryptographically secure random number generator (CSPRNG). Each round is seeded with a server seed (hashed and committed before the round begins) and a client seed. After each round, the server seed is revealed so players can independently verify the outcome was not manipulated. This system ensures CashOut GG cannot retroactively alter results. 8. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on prizes. CashOut GG will issue a 1099 form for prizes of $600 or more in a calendar year as required by US law.
9. General Conditions
CashOut GG reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any pool at its sole discretion. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of CashOut GG, which are final and binding. CashOut GG is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or unauthorized access to accounts.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with CashOut GG pools is used only for administration of the pools and winner notification. CashOut GG does not sell personal information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Identity Verification (KYC)
To comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud, CashOut GG requires all players to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID (front and back) and a selfie. Submissions are reviewed within 1–2 business days. CashOut GG reserves the right to request additional documentation and to deny withdrawals pending verification.
12. Age Verification
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. CashOut GG reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
